Paul is a partner at Kaiapoi Legal Limited (Formerly Kaiapoi & North Canterbury Law Office), with a specialist focus in property law, who undertakes a broad variety of property transactions for a varied range of clients. Paul in addition has particular experience in business sales and purchases, along with company formations.

 He has specialised in a wide variety of property matters throughout his career, and has, over 37 years, developed considerable experience in all issues relating to property matters. Over recent years, Paul has advised in relation to both the commercial aspects and implications of property transactions, currently working with a number of new sub-divisions in the Canterbury area. Paul always adopts a sensible, proactive, and clear approach to his work.

Paul has particular expertise in relation to working with other professionals, accountants and valuers, to ensure the transactions are sound. In his spare time, Paul maintains his interests in football, show jumping, and sea fishing.

Career Details:
Paul has been partner at Kaiapoi & North Canterbury Law Office for the past four years, since it's inception. Prior to this, he operated in Parklands and Cashmere. Paul Jarman obtained his LLB in 1975 at Canterbury University, and since this time, has largely been involved with his own firms.
